Position: Bio Medical Service Engineer

 Job Summary:

 We are looking for a skilled and motivated Biomedical Service Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety. The engineer will also provide technical support, preventive maintenance, user training, and coordinate with customers and manufacturers to deliver quality after-sales service.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in servicing diagnostic imaging and hospital equipment will be considered an added advantage.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of all medical equipment and devices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and provide technical support for hospital biomedical instruments.
• Maintain records of equipment service, preventive maintenance schedules, and warranty claims.
• Maintaining and repairing biomedical machines and equipment, when needed.
• Train clinical staff on safe and proper use of biomedical equipment.
• Provide services and visit reports for business reviews.
• Have to travel all over the country as per client queries whenever required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facility managers.
• Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations regarding biomedical devices.

Qualification: HSC/ Diploma in Electro-Medical Technology/ B.sc

 Job Summary:

 We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hospital equipment to healthcare providers across Bangladesh. You will engage directly with hospitals and diagnostic centers, building relationships and understanding their needs to effectively position our products. Your efforts will contribute to increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital equipment and services to hospitals and diagnostic centers throughout Bangladesh.
∎ Conduct regular visits to hospitals and diagnostic centers to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

∎ Identify and assess customer needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
∎ Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits of the equipment.

∎ Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing materials, proposals, and quotations that address client requirements.

∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.

∎ Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and workshops to promote products and expand the company’s network.

∎ Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online content to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

∎ Having a BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
